Shipping policy

Please make sure that all shipping information (mailing address, email address etc.) is correct BEFORE placing the order. We cannot make changes once an order has been shipped.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-14 business days.
You will receive an order confirmation & notification with tracking information to your email once your order has been shipped. If you have not received a notification, then your order has not been filled yet.
No accommodations can be made for time sensitive orders/gifts at this time. Please plan ahead.

Orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery times may vary depending on weather, location, holidays, & package volume.
Items marked as "delivered" are considered delivered for the purposes of cancellations.
